Vacancy - Receptionist
We are recruiting for the role of a receptionist for our client if meet the requirements and suited to the role, kindly send in your application to us we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Client service duties

Meet and greet clients

Prepare documents for administrative purposes

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls as appropriate
-
maintain client files and perform other clerical duties such as filing, and photocopying.
-
Ordering and managing stationery and other supplies required for day to day use in the office
-
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-
Ensure the reception area is always clean, tidy, and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
-
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access by keeping visitor monitor logbook.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-
Manage and update calendars and schedule meetings
-
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
-
Run errands for the office when required
-
Managing the office environment.
Requirements
B.SC/OND/HND/ in business administration (preferable) or any other discipline with additional certification in Office Management (would be an advantage)
A minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist /administrator.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
